I had a mostly positive experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, which made my stay comfortable. However, I faced some issues with the dog amenities that left my wife disappointed. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore local attractions, but the dining experience at the brew pub wasn't great due to poor service. Overall, it's a nice place with some room for improvement.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Portola Hotel & Spa while celebrating my wife's birthday. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience special, from personalized service to thoughtful surprises in our room. The facilities, particularly the outdoor areas and pool, were fantastic for relaxation. However, I felt that the dining options could be improved as well.
